Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Sporada Secure, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for effectively communicating the value proposition of our esurveillance services and converting prospects into loyal subscribers. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and a knack for building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and qualify potential leads to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
2. Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients.
3. Present Sporada Secure’s esurveillance services to prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
4. Customize sales pitches and proposals to address the unique requirements of each client.
5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and optimize the sales process.
6. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security or technology industry.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet ambitious sales targets.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
6. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
7. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
