Job Description:
Able Aura is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Sales
Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in
achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, and will be
instrumental in empowering people with disabilities through our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Target Achievement
- Take ownership of and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand customer base and ensure a strong presence
in the market.
2. Product Proficiency
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our diverse product offerings, with an ability to
promote and sell solutions that empower individuals with disabilities.
- Participate in product training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and
advancements.
3. Telecalling
- Achieve daily calling numbers by reaching out to potential clients through cold calling,
email, and other marketing channels.
- Effectively conduct follow-up communications to move leads through the sales pipeline.
4. Client Meetings
- Coordinate and conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with prospects and clients to
present products and services tailored to their needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional
consultative services.
5. Sales Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telecalling sales or a related field, with a proven
track record of overachieving quotas.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and capable of engaging customers in thoughtful
and persuasive conversations.
6. CRM Expertise
- Utilize CRM systems like Zoho CRM and LeadSquared to manage sales pipeline, analyze
sales data, and ensure efficient customer relationship management.
- Generate and analyze reports from CRM to improve sales tactics and strategy.
7. Educational and Skills Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant
field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and
questioning.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Additional Qualifications:
- Passion for social impact and empowerment of individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent negotiating and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other sales-related software.
