Job Overview We are looking for young, energetic, and enthusiastic talent to join our team as an IT Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and creating a positive vibe for the organization. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing potential customers, building strong relationships, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation : Identify and pursue potential customers through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Relationships : Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
Product Presentations : Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase value and address client questions.
Negotiations : Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
Sales Conversion : Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
Client Support : Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Market Analysis : Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
Sales Goals : Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
Reporting : Maintain sales records and provide quarterly sales reports.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications Communication Skills : Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Negotiation Skills : Proficient in negotiating terms, contracts, and agreements with clients.
Relationship Building : Builds and maintains relationships with clients, understands their needs, and addresses concerns effectively.
Problem Solving : Identifies challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develops creative solutions to overcome them.
Resilience : Handles rejection well while maintaining motivation and focusing on achieving sales targets.
Adaptability : Flexibility to adjust sales strategies and approaches based on client feedback, market trends, and changing business environments.
Organization Skills : Effective prioritization and organization of tasks to maximize productivity and meet sales targets within deadlines.
Product Knowledge : Thorough understanding of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Technical Proficiency : Comfortable using sales and CRM software tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in advertising, sales, or business administration preferred.
Experience : At least five (5) years of industry sales experience and one to three years of management experience.
Leadership : Strategic leadership ability.
