Job Description: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across departments.
  • Use job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to attract suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports regularly.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
