Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Noida

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the employee experience. The HR Executive will oversee various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy & Policy Development: Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and improvement plans.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize programs to support employee skill development.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling disciplinary matters as required.
  • Reporting: Provide data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Skills: 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR programs and initiatives.

• Knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations.

• Experience with HRIS,HRMS systems and other HR technologies.
