Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a Operations Manager to join our client's Chennai office.
As the Operations Manager for the Real Estate Channel Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the real estate channel partner's operations, including but not limited to, managing property listings, coordinating with agents, overseeing administrative tasks, and optimising processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Daily Operations: You oversee the day-to-day activities of the office from Open to Closing time of office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
● Administrative Management: Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
● Workflow Efficiency: Identifying areas where processes can be improved for greater efficiency and implementing changes accordingly.
● Interdepartmental Coordination: Working closely with different departments like housekeeping and Admin to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
● Office Supplies and Equipment: Managing inventory and procurement of office supplies and equipment to support daily operations.
● Budget Management: Monitoring and managing the office budget, including expenses related to supplies, equipment, and other operational needs.
● Policy Implementation: Implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
● Staff Management: Overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance management of office staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
● Problem-solving: Addressing any issues or conflicts that arise within the office and finding effective solutions to resolve them.
● Maintaining a Positive Work Environment: Creating and fostering a positive and productive work environment where employees feel supported and motivated.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
● Proven experience in real estate operations management or a similar role.
● Strong understanding of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
● Real estate license or certification preferred.
