Security Operations Manage
Please find below the job description for the Operation Manager role for Security
Guard at Premier Shield Private Limited in Mumbai. We are urgently seeking a
suitable candidate for this position.
Position : Operation Manager for Security Guard
Company : Premier Shield Private Limited
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Report to the Director.
2. Assist the Director in running the company's Operations Department.
3. Ensure adherence to all rules and regulations of the Company and customers by all
staff.
4. Responsible for attending to all operational matters at various levels.
5. Monitor customer perception and satisfaction regarding fulfillment of customer
requirements. Obtain feedback from customers on the successful completion of each
service encounter.
6. Manage all important correspondence related to operational matters.
7. Ensure operation-related equipment (e.g., walkie-talkies, Guard Tour system)
conforms to the company's specified requirements.
8. Ensure operational equipment's serviceability status at all assignments is in good
working order.
9. Ensure proper manpower development and training.
10. Ensure the effectiveness of implementing the Quality Management System within the
Operations Department.
11. Ensure continuous improvements by all operational staff to achieve total customer
satisfaction.
12. Ensure the updating and maintenance of the department's file system and
documentation is carried out effectively.
13. Accept other responsibilities from the Managing Director/Director as required.
14. Make decisions and implement necessary changes within the operations department.
15. Ensure the provision of quality and value-added service in accordance with contract
agreements.
16. Ensure Operations Executive comply with their job descriptions and duties.
17. Ensure procedures and instructions are followed when dealing with
interdepartmental sites on operational matters.
18. Ensure the manpower department is adequately staffed in terms of strength and
quality within the operations department and all contracted departments.
19. Responsible for discipline, ethics, and code of conduct for all operations department
personnel, Site Chief Security Officers, Supervisors, Assistant Site Supervisors, and
all Senior Security Officers and Security Officers employed by Premier Shield Private
Limited.
20. Ensure Operations Executive conduct weekly site visits and silent hour spot-checks.
21. Ensure regular security meetings are conducted with the customer.
22. Monitor the following rosters: Forecast Rosters, Actual Rosters, Time Sheet.
Requirements:
Must be computer literate.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant managerial experience in the security industry.
