Job description

Overview: NatureNurture, India's leading curriculum development organization, is seeking experienced and dedicated Educational Operations Managers. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of our innovative learning programs in partner schools across India. If you are passionate about education and have a strong background in operations management, we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Implementation:
  • Oversee the execution of NatureNurtures learning programs in partner schools.
  • Coordinate with academic teams to ensure alignment with curriculum standards and objectives.
  • Operational Management:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support program deployment.
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient program delivery.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a team of back office staff to support program implementation.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Liaise with school administrators, teachers, and parents to address operational needs and concerns.
  • Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure a cohesive implementation process.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation:
  • Establish metrics and processes for tracking program performance and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Achieve a minimum 95% on-time delivery rate for program materials and resources.
  • Ensure a maximum 10% deviation in budget adherence for program implementation.
  • Team Performance:
  • Maintain a 90% or higher performance rating for back office staff based on internal evaluations.
  • Conduct monthly training sessions for back office staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Program Implementation:
  • Ensure the successful implementation of the curriculum in at least 90% of partner schools within the agreed timeline.
  • Achieve a satisfaction rate of 90% or higher from partner schools regarding operational support.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Facilitate bi-monthly meetings with school leaders to discuss operational issues and solutions.
  • Develop and distribute monthly operational reports to stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and challenges.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Implement at least three process improvements annually based on feedback and performance reviews.
  • Regularly update operational protocols to incorporate best practices and new insights.
