  • Master degree in operations management, business administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & SAP.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
  • Understanding of complete production & quality control process
  • Excellent verbal & communication skills.
  • Traveling


Responsibilities & Duties :-

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Improve the existing procedures for outgoing and incoming resources and track inventory for the warehousing department (Dispatch & Store).
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Support employee communication with the management team.
  • Assist top management.
