Edgistify is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations for multiple clients across various locations. If you have a minimum of 3+ years of experience managing warehouse operations and leading teams in a fast-paced startup environment, we want to hear from you
Job Profile:
Oversee daily warehouse operations for multiple clients across different sites, including receiving, inventory management, order processing, and shipping.
Develop strategies to create self-sustaining warehouses by setting clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KRAs (Key Result Areas) for teams to ensure smooth, autonomous operations.
Lead and manage warehouse teams, ensuring top-notch performance, team development, and operational excellence.
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth and securing additional business.
Set regular review calls with clients to track performance, gather feedback, and explore ways to enhance service offerings.
Standardize policies and procedures to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and reduce costs across multiple warehouses.
Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
Use data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and operational enhancements.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years managing operations and leading teams across multiple clients and locations.
Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
