Role overview:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Account Manager & Delivery Lead to oversee and grow our strategic engagement with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing the TCS account, deep understanding of its delivery expectations, and a proven ability to drive performance across IT staffing and consulting services
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all TCS stakeholders across business units, ensuring smooth client management and delivery.
- Manage end-to-end delivery for TCS requirements - Contract, C2H, and Permanent roles.
- Build strong relationships with TCS hiring managers, procurement teams, and delivery heads.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client requirements and drive account growth by identifying new business opportunities within TCS.
- Lead a high-performing delivery team to fulfill TCS demands with speed and precision.
- Allocate and prioritize requirements based on urgency, skill match, and team bandwidth.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth transactions.
Desired skills:
- 8-12 years of experience in Account Management and Delivery lead.
- Strong experience handling the TCS account (mandatory).
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders across delivery, procurement, and business units, especially within large enterprise accounts like TCS.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing models (Contract, C2H and Permanent).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation skills.
- Proficient in analyzing hiring trends, performance metrics, and delivery dashboards to guide strategy.
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate delivery teams to exceed targets.
- Strong team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Hands-on with ATS platforms and Job Boards.
