Job Title: RPO Lead
Location: Client Place (BLR ORR in Hybrid Mode)
Experience: 12+ years in Recruitment, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
About the Role
We are seeking an RPO Lead to anchor our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement for a global technology client. This role requires a seasoned leader who can seamlessly blend operational delivery, stakeholder management, and strategic oversight. As the RPO Lead, you will be the single point of accountability for driving hiring outcomes, ensuring quality, speed, and experience at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary client partner for assigned verticals, building strong relationships with business leaders, HR stakeholders, and hiring managers.
- Translate client hiring needs into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Conduct regular governance meetings, QBRs, and reviews to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Act as an escalation point for all delivery and operational challenges.
Recruitment Delivery Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of onsite recruiters and sourcers to ensure high-quality, timely closures.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment delivery across assigned verticals, meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Implement best practices in sourcing, assessment, candidate experience, and offer management.
- Monitor funnel metrics and drive continuous improvement in selection ratios and hiring velocity.
Oversight & Governance
- Provide insights and market intelligence on talent availability, competition, and hiring trends.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, data integrity, and reporting standards.
Team Leadership & Development
- Motivate, guide, and develop recruiters to achieve excellence in delivery and client engagement.
- Establish clear KRAs/KPIs and track performance.
- Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning within the RPO team.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 5+ years in RPO roles.
- Proven success in managing large-scale hiring programs (preferably for big tech organizations).
- Strong exposure to client-facing, onsite/offshore delivery models.
- Excellent people management skills with experience in handling teams of 10+ recruiters.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret hiring metrics and drive data-based decisions.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
