Job Title: Technical Training/Education Program Sales Representative (Individual Consumers)

Job Description:We are looking for two motivated Technical Training/Education Program Sales Representatives to join our team and drive sales directly to individual consumers in person as well as

through our Brilliant Academe website . In this role, you will be responsible for selling various technical and educational training courses in areas such as Java, Cloud DevOps, AWS, Azure, Java Server-side development, Front-end technologies, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity. Machine Learning, , Python, and AP courses in Computer Science & Mathematics.

Responsibilities:Engage directly with individual consumers visiting the Brilliant Academe website to understand their learning objectives and preferences.Promote and sell technical training and education courses offered on the Brilliant Academe platform, providing personalized recommendations based on individual consumer needs.Utilize the Brilliant Academe website and online sales tools to facilitate the sales process, including course browsing, enrollment, and payment processing.Actively engage with consumers through live chat, email, and phone calls to address inquiries, provide information, and assist with course selection.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive consumer engagement and increase conversion rates on the Brilliant Academe platform.Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create targeted promotions, campaigns, and marketing materials to attract and retain consumers.Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to effectively position Brilliant Academe's training courses in the market.Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals consistently.Provide feedback and insights from consumer interactions to help improve the user experience and course offerings on the Brilliant Academe platform.Track and report sales performance metrics, consumer feedback, and market trends to management.

Requirements:Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.Strong understanding of technical concepts and trends in Java, Cloud DevOps, AWS, Azure, Java Server-side development, Front-end technologies, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Python.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with individual consumers.Proficiency in using online sales platforms and digital marketing tools.Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.Ability to work independently and manage sales pipelines effectively.Passion for education, technology, and helping individuals achieve their learning goals.Join our team and be part of a dynamic company committed to providing high-quality technical training solutions to individual consumers worldwide.
