Role Description

Responsibilities The Global Social Equity, Opportunity & Impact team is seeking a project specialist who will work closely with cross-functional partners and the BE&I team to assist with Global Social Equity, Opportunity & Impact projects and ensure that the projects are completed according to schedule. ·      Assist in the development, implementation, and management of global CSR projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects. ·      Track the progress of CSR projects, identify and resolve issues, and ensure projects stay on schedule. Prepare progress reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. ·      Conduct research and provide insights to inform and enhance CSR initiatives. ·      Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support CSR initiatives. ·      Partner with in-region HR team and CSR board to create bespoke employee engagement volunteer events in office and onsite throughout the year and to mark twice annual global service initiatives. ·      Partner with Internal and External Communications teams to create awareness of and generate interest for CSR activities in the region. ·      Influence employees and managers to appropriately quantify and track hours spent in the community in accordance with Global Volunteer Time Off Policy. 


Qualifications Basic Qualifications: ·      3+ years CSR or Social Impact experience ·      Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ·      Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively as part of a team ·      The ability to effectively manage competing projects with tight deadlines ·      Enthusiastic, innovative, hardworking, and creative ·      Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment ·      Ability to think strategically and synthesize information ·      Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills ·      Strong MS Excel and analytical skills to design, track, measure, and report progress to goals ·      Experience maintaining up to date status on projects and tasks and reporting those out effectively to a team  Preferred Qualifications: • Confident, and passionate about building and maintaining positive relationships and influencing at all levels across the organization from executive leadership team, department leaders, and global cross-functional partners • Experience understanding and navigating complex group dynamics and ambiguity • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak and present internally and external at various levels • Detail-oriented with a high degree of organizational skills to successfully work independently or within a team to balance multiple priorities and overlapping tasks. • Actively engaged in Employee Resource Groups
