Job description We are having openings for Mumbai, Vapi, Ahmedabad, Surat and Delhi location. we are hiring candidates who are having experience in selling to Chemical, Paper and Textile Industry The role is responsible for determining the demand of products from clients, identify potential customers, driving customer interactions and satisfaction with existing customers and ensuring all payments are well within the credit limit and completed in the set credit period Key Result Areas (KRAs) Market Analysis, Sales and Forecasting Customer Relationship Management Bill Processing and Payments Product Packaging Team Planning and Management Roles and Responsibilities Please elaborate on the Key Result Areas (from the previous section), to describe the job responsibilities for the role Market Analysis, Sales Planning and Forecasting Study the customers potential by analysis the market and plan for relevant sales connects. Performs regular study on competitor activity Suggests the goods to be made based on the study Accordingly conduct an internal planning for production and delivery of all client requirements Arrive at location wise clients to achieve targets and growth Reviews the monthly sales targets and plans to achieve the same Customer Relationship Management Create and grade Clients in the financial range of A+, A1, B and C and ensure there is a planned and schedule customer connect proactively by providing the roll status Focus on high potential clients in the location and engage with the client continuously till the finalization of their need and delivery to ensure they are not lost to competition Ensures regular connect with the customer looking at their key buying influence (KBI) and also gets insight into what is happening in the industry Reduce turn over time of rolls by focusing on high value rolls Bill Processing, Payments and Reporting Ensure that all customer invoices are processed, planned in a timely manner. Follows up on Sales outstanding to ensure closure Work with the Accounts department to ensure payments come in before the credit period Ensure there are no delays in payment in the planned credit limit and credit period Tracks list of payments overdue, Submits a report on quotations to be followed up on and works on ensuring a closure on the same Submits a report on orders lost and analyses reasons for the same Product Packaging Plan and ensure supply to factory requirements such as Camber data, Edge relief data, repair confirmation requirement, packing box availability, Transported Name, Bearing requirement etc. Amend purchase orders as needed to ensure that client delivery timelines are met Team Planning and Management: Conduct a daily morning Sales meeting on closures Develop a team of Sales and Service Engineers to meet and expand Business requirements Continuously interact with the Sales and Internal sales team to work towards better customer satisfaction Ensures submission of a daily reports covering daily meetings, visits, list of complaints and complaint summary Skill & Knowledge requirements Fault Analysis Training Knowledge of Rubber Industry Customer Focus Educational Qualifications Diploma Engineer or any Graduate in Chemistry with specific industry experience e.g. Textile, Paper, Steel Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Candidates with Technical Skills, experience in selling B2 B Industrial Products Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Preferred candidate profile Role: Sales Head (B2 B) Industry Type: Petrochemical / Plastics / Rubber Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Enterprise & B2 B Sales Education UG: Diploma in Mechanical Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills Industrial Consumables Industrial Sales Sales Engineering Lubricants Lubrication Systems Bearings Compressors Power Tools Industrial Machinery Cutting Tools business development Industrial Products Sales Gears Machine Tools Pumps Seals
