This is a high-impact role designed for fresh graduates who want to learn the inside workings of a scaling technology company while directly contributing to its growth. In this role, you will:- Act as the CEO’s “second brain” by ensuring strategic priorities are executed with speed and efficiency.- Attend key leadership meetings, capture insights, and drive seamless follow-ups.- Play a critical role in aligning teams across geographies, as the CEO splits time between the US (GTM) and UK (Engineering) offices.- Take ownership of smaller meetings and operational dependencies on behalf of the CEO, leading them independently and ensuring closure.- Work on founder-led special projects, business performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.- Manage critical communications and stakeholder interactions across levels.- Support the CEO with travel planning, meeting preparation, and post-meeting follow-ups.What You Bring- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with the ability to understand people, manage sensitive conversations, and build trust.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity.- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation—with the ability to influence stakeholders.- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a hunger to learn and execute.- Curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Why Join UsThis is not a routine corporate role—it is a fast-track leadership exposure program.
