We are looking for highly motivated individuals willing to work in a high-paced startup environment for a minimum of 6 months at our Noida Office. As a Founders' Office, you will be a crucial part of the team, working with the top management and looking after a number of core responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities for the job will be as follows:
- Work directly with the founders and core management to solve key business problems-
- Work closely across multiple functions (product, growth, sales, and engineering) to optimize various processes and ensure smooth execution-
- Conduct customer development conversations, carry out market and industry research and work with the product team to iterate on product-value propositions with live customers to arrive at product-market fit-
- Help the founders with managing investors and other external relationships-
- Build and establish powerful business and data partnerships that can drive the growth of our products-
- Build a partner ecosystem that can help us in shaping our product roadmap and unlocking growth opportunities-
- Bring together our existing product offerings and design new ones to drive key business metrics for the company-
- Research, model, evaluate, and plan go-to-market strategies-
- Coordinate with different financing providers and handle finances, payments and salaries on a regular basis-
- Develop and build relationships across the data ecosystem to further help us strengthen our business-
- Work with different teams to ensure proper human resources and conduct hiring whenever requiredSkill Set and Eligibility

The required skill set for the role will be:
- At least 1-year of experience in a managerial/strategy role-
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, should be able to converse with investors, clients and other stakeholders properly with confidenceDemonstrated sound business acumen along with strong strategic, analytical skills and time management-
- Flexible work time and should be able to work according to US timings sometimes-
- Should be willing to relocate to Noida (accommodation and food will be provided if required)-
- Should be available for a minimum of 6 months Brownie Points:- Past work experience in a startup/entrepreneurial experience for 6+ months-
- Have worked on robotics projects/robotics startups/hardware-based companies for 6+ monthsPerks- Flexible Working Hours-
