Role & responsibilities

  • be successful as a Senior Support Engineer you should have experience with:

Essential Skills

  • Experience in application support role and have knowledge of ITIL processes (certification is good to have).
  • Markets & IB technology experience in a related front-office application support role. Candidate must have knowledge of different IB products and Trade Life Cycle.
  • Experience of both Windows and UNIX platforms and need cloud knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Autosys, Scripting in Python/Shell/Perl, ITRS Geneos (monitoring tool).

Some other highly valued skills include:

  • Credit (cash/deriv) product knowledge is good to have.
  • End user support for front office applications in IB & Markets.
  • Knowledge of devops tools and cloud technology.

You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.

This role is based out of Pune location.
