Job Description
We are seeking a highly technical and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on recruiting top talent for our Salesforce, data, and integration technology positions within the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment and a proven track record of hiring for in-house roles or direct clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage highly skilled candidates for technical roles, with a focus on Salesforce, data, and integration technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand role requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Interviewing: Conduct thorough technical interviews, assessing candidates’ expertise and fit for the role. Ability to discuss and evaluate technical skills during interviews.
- Sourcing: Utilize Recruiter and other platforms to source and connect with potential candidates.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- US Hours: Must be available to work US hours to coordinate with our US-based teams and candidates.
- Client Engagement: Experience working on in-house roles or directly with clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Salesforce, data, and integration technologies to effectively source and engage candidates.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, specifically in Salesforce, data, and integration technologies.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), data management, and integration technologies.
- Tools: Proficient in using Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to discuss technical topics confidently.
- Collaboration: Proven experience working closely with hiring managers and delivery teams.
- Time Management: Ability to work US hours to align with team and candidate schedules.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
