Brief:

  • We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Recruiter with 36 years of overall experience to join our HR department and play a key role in expanding our IT teams.
  • As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, creating a shortlist of qualified individuals, and engaging with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand.
  • Your focus will be on reducing our timetohire and ensuring we attract top talent.
  • This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role.
  • Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Post technical job descriptions on various portals
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Discord, Stack Overflow and GitHub
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform prescreening calls to analyse applicants' abilities
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Compose job offer letters
  • Onboard new hires
  • Promote company's reputation as a great place to work

Must Have (Mandatory Requirement):

  • Expertise doing recruitment on licensed version of LinkedIn Recruiter & Jobs
  • IT Recruitment experience
  • Contractual hiring experience


 Proficient with O36
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
