Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior LinkedIn Recruiter (mfd) to manage the full recruitment cycle, focusing on direct sourcing via LinkedIn. This is a freelance, remote position, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments and has a proven track record in recruitment across European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to placement.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Professional Recruiter tools to proactively search and engage with high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Prepare and present detailed candidate dossiers to clients.
  • Manage the entire application process, ensuring clear communication and interview coordination between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain and update our candidate database to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly focused on LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Professional Recruiter, or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, for talent identification and engagement.
  • Proven track record of successful placements in Chemicals, Pharma, Energy, or Sustainability industries.
  • Strong interviewing skills and ability to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Experience working with European clients and knowledge of European labor markets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
