About the Role

We seek a performance-driven
Marketing Strategist
with strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, analytics, and growth. This role blends
strategy + hands-on execution
across paid media, content, SEO, and marketing infrastructure. You will lead end-to-end marketing initiatives for multiple brands/clients.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Create 360° digital marketing strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Build GTM & media mix plans (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct competitor research, campaign planning, and performance analysis (GA4, Looker Studio, CRM).

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn.
  • Drive lead generation, sales, and brand growth with CPL/ROI focus.
  • Conduct A/B testing, track funnels, optimize journeys.

Branding & Content

  • Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and storytelling.
  • Build content strategies across SEO, social, email.
  • Oversee creatives for ads, videos, and campaigns.

Infrastructure & Analytics

  • Set up GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, dashboards.
  • Manage email automation (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zoho).
  • Ensure websites are SEO and conversion optimized.

Client & Team Management

  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver reports, campaign analysis, and presentations.
  • Mentor junior members and manage global clients.

Skills & Tools

  • Ads & Analytics
    : Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
  • Content & Design
    : Canva, Figma, video scripting/storyboarding
  • CRM & Automation
    : Mailchimp, Klaviyo, WhatsApp tools (Interakt, WATI)
  • Others
    : SEO tools, Trello/Asana, MS Office/Google Suite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/ Master's in Marketing, Business, Mass Comm. or related field
  • 7–20 years
    in digital marketing/branding/strategy
  • Proven experience handling clients & multi-channel campaigns
