Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and driven
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
to join our team in
Vijayawada
. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales of
uPVC profiles or related building materials
, excellent market and product knowledge, and be well-connected in the region. This role requires proactive business development, dealer/distributor management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve business goals in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and appoint dealers, fabricators, and channel partners for uPVC profiles in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong credit discipline with partners.
  • Conduct regular site visits, product demos, and technical discussions with clients and fabricators.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners on products and installation techniques.
  • Collaborate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Key Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant sales experience in uPVC profiles or building materials.
  • Strong understanding of the Vijayawada and Andhra Pradesh market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license – mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Based in Vijayawada or willing to relocate immediately.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
