JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive

Channel: Agency / Direct / Banca
Location: Mumbai
Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Welcome
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives

Job Role:

  • Sell insurance policies to customers.
  • Generate leads through fieldwork, referrals, or bank branches.
  • Explain policy features and benefits.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain good customer relationships.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 10th pass.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Interest in sales and earning incentives.
  • Bike preferred (for Direct/Agency roles).

Channel Roles:

  • Agency – Appoint and manage agents.
  • Direct – Sell insurance directly to customers.
  • Banca – Work inside bank branches to sell insurance.
