Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support L3 (Azure and O365) at Cloud 9 Infosystems, Inc. in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support for Azure and O365 services, handling complex customer issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will involve resolving escalated tickets, analyzing technical problems, communicating solutions effectively, and maintaining a strong relationship with customers to ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction. Escalation, Incident Management
  • Technical Support skills, Must have team handling exp
  • Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and client
  • Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Strong knowledge of Azure and O365 services
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications in Azure and O365 are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

  • Setup Intune Policies, MDM, MAM, Defender, Share point,
  • Mail Box Migration, Azure Cost Optimisation,
  • Good experience on-premises to Azure migration, Strong knowledge of VM Subnet
  • Data Storage Accounts, Backups, Azure AD, Service Now, JiRA

Work Location
– Ghatkopar (Onsite)

Working days
– 5 days a week, Work from Home on 1
st
and 3
rd
Saturday if needed, not necessary.
