Key Responsibilities :
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :
  • Perform both on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve organic rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structure.
  • Implement backlink strategies to enhance domain authority and improve ranking.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other relevant tools.
  • Social Media Management :
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and traffic.
  • Create a content calendar and schedule posts using tools like Buffer or Hootsuite.
  • Monitor social media performance, engage with the community, and handle customer inquiries on social media platforms.
  • Paid Ads (PPC) :
  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI by analyzing performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve ad performance.
  • Prepare reports and present insights on paid ad campaigns’ effectiveness.
  • Graphic Designing :
  • Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and visuals for use in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create visual content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and paid ads.
  • Use design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Content Strategy & Creation :
  • Assist in creating content for blogs, email campaigns, and website landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the content team to align SEO strategies with content development.
Required Skills :
  • Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page and off-page) strategies and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads , Facebook Ads , and other paid ad platforms.
  • Expertise in managing social media accounts and driving engagement.
  • Proficiency in graphic designing software (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, social media management, and paid ads.
  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing (preferred).
