Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and driven Presales Specialist
to join our team in the learning and development industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of direct sales experience, preferably in selling digital learning solutions to corporate clients, enterprises, educational institutes, and universities in India. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company and contribute to its success.
Role DescriptionSpecialist for AR/VR, will be playing a crucial role in driving business growth by leading presales activities and overseeing the successful delivery of AR/VR projects. Will be taking full responsibility for understanding client needs, crafting proposals, and make sure the seamless execution of projects from initiation to delivery.To take full initiatives that drive outcomes – Individual Contributor.

- Presales Consulting, Client Relationship Management, Team Building
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive proposals; highlight the value of proposition in AR/VR solutions and their alignment with client requirements. Conduct product demo has a proof of concept sessions to display the capabilities of our AR/VR solutions in Deep Technology.
Strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and acting as a trusted advisor on AR/VR technology and best practices. Engage with clients to define project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, make sure of alignment with both client expectations and company capabilities. Immediate Addressing of client inquiries / concerns, and to provide timely feedback in professional manner, finally fostering long-term partnerships.
Collaborating with the sales team to find prospective clients and understand the required business challenges and objectives. Leading Presales activities, including solution architectural design, proposal development, and presentations to clients.
Preferred candidate profile:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.leadership experience in the AR/VR industry, with a strong track record of business growth.knowledge of Extended Reality (XR), Immersive (AR/VR) technologies, including Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Mixed Reality (MR), Deep Tech and their applications across industries.business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and articulate value propositions effectively.communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership abilities, clear focus on team building, coaching, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
