Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving revenue growth by
identifying and converting opportunities into successful client relationships. Your primary focus will be on
generating leads, closing sales, and contributing directly to the bottom line. You will establish and maintain
strong relationships with hospitality industry clients across the globe, leveraging your sales acumen to
meet and exceed targets. With 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in lead generation and new business
development, you will be a key player in expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
 Sales Execution: Aggressively pursue new business leads and opportunities, driving the full sales cycle
from prospecting to closure.
 Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients,
ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
 Lead Generation: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, and cold calling to generate
and qualify leads, turning prospects into customers.
 Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s
revenue goals.
 Sales Communication: Engage with prospective customers through email, social media, and calls,
articulating the value of our products and services.
 Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to personalize outreach efforts and identify potential market
opportunities.
 Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors and strategically position iNPLASS solutions to
outshine them.
 Customer Support: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information, ensuring a
seamless and positive sales experience.
 Sales Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback
in CRM software.
Qualifications:
 Proven track record in inside sales, telesales, SAAS, or customer care, ideally within the hospitality
industry.
 Strong sales orientation with the ability to quickly understand and articulate the value of technical
products.
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a
plus).
 Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
 Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
