Role Overview

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations across multiple asset classes. This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong technical knowledge with a process-driven mindset and a passion for operational excellence in the wealth management space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end PMS operations across Direct Equity, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Alternate Assets (AIFs), and more.
  • Drive operational activities such as client activation, redemptions, corporate actions, trade allocation/reporting, settlements, day-end processing, and client reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely client billing as per agreed fee structures (fixed & variable).
  • Perform and review reconciliations (Bank, Stock, etc.) to maintain operational accuracy.
  • Work with vendors to identify system requirements, implement enhancements, and test deployed solutions.
  • Handle audit-related queries and prepare insightful MIS reports for management.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of NAV calculation and related processes.
  • Leverage technology for efficiency advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Macros will be highly preferred.
