JOB DESCRIPTION-

Senior PreSales Executives at LEOR24, Pune

We are looking for two dynamic and motivated Senior PreSales Executives to join our team at LEOR24, a premium aesthetics clinic located in Pune


SALARY- ₹1.80 Lac to ₹3.00 per annum.

Job Details:

  • Location: Aundh Baner Pune.
  • Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Weekly Off: One weekday holiday.
  • Annual Salary Package: ₹1,80,000 to ₹3,00,000 (based on merit and experience).
  • Incentives: Attractive incentives on consultations successfully booked.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads generated through digital campaigns, online platforms, and client referrals.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and other messaging platforms.
  • Execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies for services and products.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to ensure conversion into consultations.
  • Maintain and update client data accurately in the software system.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, sharing the latest product updates and offers.
  • Achieve targets by booking consultations and generating leads for the clinic.


Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Hindi is preferred).
  • Strong telecalling and pre-sales experience, with a passion for client engagement.
  • Skilled in using WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and other messaging platforms for professional communication.
  • Good writing skills to craft clear and engaging responses.
  • Prior experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or lead conversion in any sector is preferred.
  • A zeal for achieving targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
