SUMMARY
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Executive Sales professional to drive business growth in the Ahmedabad region. The ideal candidate should have a background in Project Sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong network with architects, builders, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and project consultants to generate business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management and conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, deliveries, and after-sales support.
- Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
RequirementsDesired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Civil Engineering background preferred; MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage. Any graduate with relevant experience may apply.
- Experience: 2 years of proven experience in Project Sales / Architect Sales / Building Material Sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self - motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
