Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Search Marketing Specialist located in Gurugram, with flexibility for remote work. We will meet in Gurgaon office 2-3 times a week. The Search Marketing Specialist will be responsible for running and managing our Google Ads account and must have proven experience in Merchant Center, Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console. Ideal candidate would have experience running multiple campaign types including PMax, Shopping and Search in the health and wellness space. An experience in getting products approved on GMC or Ads approved for incorrect violations is also important.


This role will expand very quickly to include other search engines and SEO, with a clear growth path to Director of Search Marketing. Osh Wellness is a fast-growing e-commerce company providing a unique experience in US supplements markets.


Qualifications

  • Should have run Google Ads for at least 3 years
  • Thorough knowledge of GMC - including feed and listing optimization
  • Keyword Research expertise
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong copywriting skills for Search Ads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
