About the Role:

We are hiring a Female Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development. The candidate should be confident, target-driven, and have excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, and achieving sales targets. Work-from-home flexibility is available.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through calls, emails, and social media

Convert leads into potential customers and close deals

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally

Maintain and build strong client relationships

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM regularly

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of services/products

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales / tele-sales / business development

Graduate in any stream (preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools

Target-oriented mindset and a go-getter attitude

Ability to work independently as well as in a team
