We are seeking a seasoned Influencer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at HighonBuzz. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, specializing in both barter and paid collaborations. This role demands a client-facing professional with strong client servicing skills, ready to take on additional responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Influencer Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand objectives.
Collaboration: Handle both barter and paid collaborations, negotiating terms and managing relationships with influencers to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs, devising tailored influencer marketing strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to clients for ongoing improvement and optimization.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing executives, ensuring successful execution of campaigns and professional growth within the team.
Agile & Flexible: Adapt to the evolving needs of a startup environment, taking on additional responsibilities as required and demonstrating a proactive, can-do attitude.
Networking: Leverage and expand a strong network of influencers across various niches to support diverse client needs.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Influencer Onboarding: Contribute to initiatives for onboarding influencers onto our app, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new members.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing with a focus on both barter and paid collaborations.
Proven client-facing and client servicing experience.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment, handling multiple responsibilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and provide strategic insights.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers
A proactive and flexible attitude, capable of adapting to changing priorities and taking on additional tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer metrics
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
Experience in onboarding influencers to digital platforms is a plus.
Based in Gurgaon and willing to work from the office.
