**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Identify and Cultivate Influencer Relationships**: Research, identify, and build strong relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in the industry. Collaborate with influencers to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.

**2. Content Strategy and Curation**: Develop innovative content ideas aligned with brand objectives and curate engaging social media content for influencer campaigns. Ensure that content resonates with the target audience and drives brand awareness.

**3. Creative Campaign Development**: Brainstorm and execute creative and impactful influencer marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Innovate new approaches to connect with the target audience and achieve campaign objectives.

**4. Networking and Communication**: Regularly engage with industry professionals, influencers, and brand advocates through social media channels to expand the influencer network and strengthen relationships.

**5. Social Media Management**: Oversee and manage the brand's social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message across all channels. Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

**6. Stay Updated with Social Media Trends**: Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies. Leverage this knowledge to continuously improve influencer marketing strategies.

**7. Research and Targeting**: Conduct in-depth research on the target audience and market trends to identify the most relevant influencers for each campaign. Stay informed about competitors' influencer marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in an Influencer Marketing role or a similar position, successfully managing influencer campaigns and partnerships.

2. Social Media Strategist: Proficient in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, etc., to drive brand awareness, increase impressions, and engage with the audience.

3. Content Marketing Skills: Strong creative and content ideation abilities with a keen eye for visual storytelling. Ability to curate and produce compelling content that aligns with the brand's image and resonates with the target audience.

4. Networking and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with influencers, industry professionals, and cross-functional teams.

5. Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and analytically, using data and insights to inform influencer marketing strategies and measure campaign success.

6. Adaptability: Capable of adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
