At NIRA, We're on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive individual to step into the role of NBFC Partnerships Lead. As an integral part of our team, you'll spearhead our efforts in fostering strong relationships with Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), serving as the primary liaison between NIRA and our valued partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a deep understanding of the NBFC landscape, and is driven by a passion for forging robust business partnerships that grow stronger with time.
Responsibilities:
Develop standardised layers throughout the entire lifecycle for our debt partnerships with local banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
Lead large-scale business and technical project management efforts involving diverse stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of debt partnership initiatives.
Development of standard and reusable compliance artifacts under fast developing regulatory regime.
Evaluate post-launch metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of debt partnership programs.
In future identify and cultivate ecosystem partnerships for non-credit products, such as UPI, to expand the scope of offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to explore innovative avenues for business growth and diversification.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in partner financial institutions.
Requirements:
6 to 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 4 years or more in leading partnerships and driving business growth
Analytical Skills:Proficiency in evaluating performance metrics and deriving actionable insights to drive business improvements.
Ability to establish and nurture strategic partnerships, with a keen eye for identifying mutually beneficial opportunities.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Relationship management across internal and external stakeholders.
