Job Description

  • Lập kế hoạch hàng quý/năm và tiến hành thực hiện sau khi đã nhận được sự phê duyệt từ các cấp có thẩm quyền;

  • Xây dựng và hoàn thiện quy trình và quy chế của đơn vị;

  • Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ hoặc theo yêu cầu từ Tổng Giám đốc về tình hình tổ chức và hoạt động, cũng như kết quả công việc của đơn vị;

  • Phát triển và triển khai các chiến lược để đạt được mục tiêu về số lượng, doanh thu và lợi nhuận từ hoạt động kinh doanh bán lẻ. Đảm bảo sự tăng trưởng liên tục về thị phần và tăng trưởng bền vững của phân khúc Ngân hàng Bán lẻ;

  • Chỉ đạo triển khai các hoạt động bao gồm xây dựng kế hoạch kinh doanh Ngân hàng bán lẻ cho toàn bộ hệ thống, xây dựng chính sách khách hàng, phát triển sản phẩm, quản lý mạng lưới phân phối, quản lý các nghiệp vụ bán lẻ như thẻ, ngân hàng điện tử, gửi tiền, quản lý việc phát triển các chính sách liên quan đến hoạt động bán lẻ trên phạm vi toàn hệ thống;

  • Triển khai các sáng kiến để thực hiện chiến lược kinh doanh trong phạm vi của pháp luật và quy định của ngân hàng, cũng như các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế

  • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi Hội đồng quản trị hoặc Tổng Giám đốc

  • Develop quarterly/yearly plans and organize implementation after obtaining authorized approval

  • Establish and refine procedures and regulations within the Division

  • Report upon request from the CEO on organizational activities and Division performance

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve goals in terms of quantity, revenue, and profit from retail business. 

  • Ensure continuous growth in market share and sustainable growth of the Retail Banking Division

  • Direct the implementation of retail banking business plans,customer policies formulation, product development, distribution network management, and retail business operations management

  • Implement initiatives contributing to the bank's business strategy within legal framework and Bac A Bank's regulations as well as international practice

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors, CEO



Requirements

  • Bằng cử nhân hoặc các bằng cao hơn trong lĩnh vực Tài chính - Ngân hàng/ Kinh tế/ Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan

  • Ít nhất 12 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng và ngân hàng bán lẻ

  • Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý trong các ngân hàng quốc tế/ trong nước quy mô lớn

  • Hiểu biết sâu sắc về ngân hàng bán lẻ, cấu trúc thị trường và các chính sách của ngân hàng

  • Kinh nghiệm trong việc tái cơ cấu hệ thống hoạt động

  • Kiến thức sâu rộng về sở thích và kỳ vọng của khách hàng; sản phẩm và kênh phân phối; và quản lý rủi ro

  • Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề xuất sắc

  • Kỹ năng tiếng Anh cơ bản


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher degrees in Finance - Banking/ Economics/ Business Administration, or related fields 

  • At least 12-year experience in banking and retail banking 

  • At least 5-year experience in management positions in large-scale domestic/ international banks 

  • Extensive understanding of retail banking, market structure, and bank policies 

  • Experience with restructuring operation system 

  • Deep knowledge of customer interests and expectations; products and distributing channels; and risk management 

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills 

  • Basic English skills
