  • Quản lý tổng thể hoạt động kinh doanh Ngân hàng bán lẻ để đạt được các mục tiêu liên quan đến Ngân hàng Bán lẻ và triển khai các sáng kiến góp phần thực hiện chiến lược kinh doanh trong khuôn khổ pháp lý và quy định của ngân hàng cũng như các thông lệ quốc tế.
    Managing overall retail banking operations to achieve goals related to Retail Banking and implementing initiatives that contribute to the execution of the business strategy within the legal framework and regulations of the bank, as well as international standards.
  • Phát triển và triển khai các chiến lược để đạt được các mục tiêu về số lượng, doanh thu và lợi nhuận từ kinh doanh bán lẻ. Bảo đảm sự tăng trưởng liên tục về thị phần và mức tăng trưởng bền vững của Khối Bán lẻ. 
    Developing and implementing strategies to achieve goals related to quantity, revenue, and profit from retail business. Ensuring continuous market share growth and sustainable growth for the Retail Banking Division.
  • Phát triển và định hướng các chiến lược kinh doanh của Khối Bán lẻ trong mỗi giai đoạn, phù hợp với mục tiêu và chiến lược kinh doanh chung của ngân hàng; Phát triển và định hướng chiến lược kinh doanh của mỗi phân khúc. 
    Developing and guiding business strategies of the Retail Banking Division in each phase, aligned with the overall goals and business strategy of the bank; Developing and guiding the business strategy of each segment.
  • Chỉ đạo triển khai các hoạt động: Marketing, xây dựng chính sách khách hàng, phát triển sản phẩm, quản lý mạng lưới phân phối, quản trị rủi ro và xây dựng hệ thống cơ chế, chính sách liên quan đến hoạt động Bán lẻ trên phạm vi toàn hệ thống. 
    Directing the implementation of activities: Marketing, customer policy development, product development, distribution network management, risk management, and system-building policies related to Retail Banking operations across the entire system.
  • Xây dựng, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ nhân sự bán lẻ tại Trụ sở chính và các chi nhánh trên toàn hệ thống. 
    Building, training, and developing the retail workforce at the Head Office and branches across the entire system.
  • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Ban lãnh đạo phụ trách Khối, cấp có thẩm quyền và theo quy định của ngân hàng nhằm hoàn thành mục tiêu chung của Đơn vị. 
    Performing other tasks as assigned by the leadership responsible for the Division, the competent level, and according to the regulations of the bank to fulfill the overall objectives of the Unit.

Requirements
  • Đại học hoặc sau đại học chuyên ngành Tài chính - Ngân hàng/ Kinh tế/ Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan. 
    Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance - Banking / Economics / Business Administration or related fields.
  • Có trên 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng bán lẻ, trong đó ít nhất 5 năm ở vị trí quản lý tại các Ngân hàng có uy tín và quy mô lớn trên thị trường trong và ngoài nước. 
    Over 10 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 5 years in managerial positions at reputable and large-scale banks in both domestic and international markets.
  • Có năng lực và giàu kinh nghiệm trong việc phát triển và triển khai việc kinh doanh, sản phẩm, quy trình mới. 
    Competence and rich experience in developing and implementing business, products, and new processes.
  • Có hiểu biết chuyên sâu về ngân hàng bán lẻ, nắm rõ cơ cấu cạnh tranh của thị trường, quy định và thông lệ ngân hàng. 
    In-depth knowledge of retail banking, a clear understanding of market competition structure, and familiarity with banking regulations and practices.
  • Có kinh nghiệm quản lý thay đổi, tái cấu trúc tổ chức là một lợi thế. 
    Experience in change management and organizational restructuring is an advantage.
  • Có hiểu biết tốt về cơ sở khách hàng, nhu cầu và mong đợi của khách hàng. 
    Good understanding of customer base, needs, and expectations.
