Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership Development:Identify and evaluate Lending Partners for potential partnership opportunities aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Develop a strategic roadmap for partnerships, outlining key focus areas, target industries, and potential collaborators.Foster relationships with external organizations, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to explore mutually beneficial partnerships.Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the organization.Develop and structure partnership agreements, detailing responsibilities, benefits, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships to measure the success and impact of collaboration efforts.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities.Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform decision-making and strategy developmentKey RequirementsProven experience of 3-7 years partnership development and management, preferably in the financial industry.Strong understanding of lending products, financial regulations, and industry trends.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively.Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to partnerships.
