Key Responsibilities

 Lead the end-to-end process of launching new retail stores across India.

 Identify and evaluate potential locations based on market research, footfall, and brand

fit.

 Negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements with property owners, mall

developers, and agents.

 Coordinate with legal, design, and operations teams for smooth store setup and

handover.

 Maintain a pipeline of expansion opportunities and manage timelines and budgets for

new projects.

 Track performance of newly opened stores and ensure alignment with brand

standards.

 Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and expansion dashboards..

Candidate Requirements

 Minimum5+ years of experience in retail expansion or business development,

specifically in store opening roles across India.

 Must have experience in ethnic wear/apparel

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

 Willingness to travel frequently across cities for site visits and negotiations.

Educational Qualification

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹100,000.00 per month
