Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist , you will help us craft and execute cutting-edge influencer campaigns, optimize content for SEO, and manage digital advertisements to boost our brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, connect with, and build relationships with influencers on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and others.Negotiate and close deals with influencers to ensure impactful collaborations.Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure campaigns reflect our brand voice and vision.Optimize website content for SEO to increase traffic and improve search rankings.Manage digital advertisements across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram, and track performance.Analyze campaign metrics to assess ROI, generate insights, and improve future strategies.Stay ahead of social media trends, SEO updates, and influencer marketing innovations.
What You’ll Bring
1+ year of experience
in influencer marketing with a proven track record of reaching out to influencers and locking successful deals.Strong
communication skills in both English and Hindi
(verbal and written).Good understanding of
content creation strategies
and the influencer ecosystem.Working knowledge of
SEO principles
and website optimization techniques.Experience with
digital ad management
and tracking performance metrics.Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting influencer partnerships.Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and social media management tools.
Bonus Points For
Hands-on experience with influencer contract negotiations and campaign budgeting.Proficiency with ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or LinkedIn Ads.Creative thinking and innovative campaign ideas tailored to different audiences.
