Job Description:

We are seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of social media management, user-generated content (UGC), influencer marketing, and public relations (PR). The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, a passion for building lifestyle brands, and the ability to hustle in a startup environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Curate and create compelling UGC campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage PR activities to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
  • Work closely with one of the co-founders to align marketing efforts with company goals and vision.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, UGC campaigns, influencer marketing, and PR.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for building lifestyle brands and creating impactful marketing campaigns.
