Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving measurable results through data-driven digital marketing strategies. You will plan, execute, and optimize performance-based marketing campaigns across various online platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media channels. Your primary goal is to maximize return on investment (ROI) by acquiring new customers, increasing conversions, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
3. Set clear performance metrics and KPIs to measure campaign success.

Campaign Management:
1. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Ads, and more.
2. Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and other marketing materials to drive engagement and conversions.
3. Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective campaign elements and continuously improve performance.

Data Analysis and Optimization:
1. Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
2. Analyze key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
3. Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Budget Management:
1. Effectively allocate and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
2. Monitor and control campaign spending to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:
 * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
* Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
* In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major advertising platforms.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
 * Experience with marketing automation tools.
* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
* Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships
