About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist (5+ years) with a strong background in rehabilitation and proven success in medical device sales and customer engagement. This onsite role is ideal for a clinically trained professional who can leverage their physiotherapy expertise to build trust with healthcare providers, while also driving adoption, training, and long-term success of our medical device solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Growth

  • Drive adoption of medical device solutions across hospitals, physiotherapy centers, and rehabilitation clinics.

  • Build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and clinical evidence to support sales objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline development, negotiations, and closures.

  • Customer Success & Training

  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to physiotherapists, clinicians, and patients.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing needs, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing product use.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer success, retention, and renewals.

  • Clinical Expertise & Thought Leadership

  • Apply physiotherapy knowledge to demonstrate clinical efficacy and real-world impact of the device.

  • Conduct workshops, webinars, and continuing education sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Collect and share clinical insights with product, R&D, and marketing teams.

  • Collaboration & Market Insights

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with product development.

  • Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and industry trends.
  • Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and medical events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in physiotherapy, with equivalent experience in medical device sales, customer success, or clinical education.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation practices, physiotherapy workflows, and patient engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, demos, and events.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in digital health, SaaS rehabilitation platforms, or connected medical devices.
  • Understanding of healthcare procurement processes and reimbursement pathways.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales and customer management.
  • Existing network in the orthopaedic/physiotherapy/rehabilitation ecosystem.
