About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist (5+ years) with a strong background in rehabilitation and proven success in medical device sales and customer engagement. This onsite role is ideal for a clinically trained professional who can leverage their physiotherapy expertise to build trust with healthcare providers, while also driving adoption, training, and long-term success of our medical device solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
Drive adoption of medical device solutions across hospitals, physiotherapy centers, and rehabilitation clinics.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and clinical evidence to support sales objectives.
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline development, negotiations, and closures.
Customer Success & Training
Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to physiotherapists, clinicians, and patients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing needs, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing product use.
Act as the main point of contact for customer success, retention, and renewals.
Clinical Expertise & Thought Leadership
Apply physiotherapy knowledge to demonstrate clinical efficacy and real-world impact of the device.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and continuing education sessions for healthcare professionals.
Collect and share clinical insights with product, R&D, and marketing teams.
Collaboration & Market Insights
Partner with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with product development.
- Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and industry trends.
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and medical events.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in physiotherapy, with equivalent experience in medical device sales, customer success, or clinical education.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage long-term customer relationships.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation practices, physiotherapy workflows, and patient engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, demos, and events.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in digital health, SaaS rehabilitation platforms, or connected medical devices.
- Understanding of healthcare procurement processes and reimbursement pathways.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales and customer management.
- Existing network in the orthopaedic/physiotherapy/rehabilitation ecosystem.
