Job DetailsPosting Job TitleCX EngineerJob PurposeAs a CX Engineer, you will provide engineering and technical expertise regarding Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutionsResponsibilitiesResponsibility 1Be accountable for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned projectsResponsibility 2Performing design, development, and configuration of CCaaS products and platformsResponsibility 3Maintaining appropriate technical certifications of CCaaS productsResponsibility 4Delivering end user training and documentationResponsibility 5Troubleshooting and debuggingResponsibility 6Exercising judgment, strong communicator, and independent contributor on enterprise level projects with direction from senior technical/project leads

Requirements (Skill/Experience)Requirement 13+ years in development, configuration, or deploying SaaS/Cloud products and platformsRequirement 23+ years of relevant professional experience in CX industry, including implementing, configuring, and supporting contact centersRequirement 3Experience in cloud-based CX platforms, such as Genesys Cloud CX and Amazon ConnectRequirement 4Experience in implementing, maintaining, and supporting voice, IVR, chat, SMS/messaging channels in SaaS platformsRequirement 5Experience programming experience with implementing API/Web ServicesRequirement 6Experience integrating CCaaS products with CRM solutions (like Salesforce, MS Dynamics). Experience in migrating from on-prem/legacy solutions to cloud CCaaS solutionsRequirement 7Have an understanding of EAI between CX platforms and legacy/custom/SaaS applications using standard integration architectureRequirement 8Need a professional, self-motivated individual who has the ability to operate in a cross-functional and global organizationRequirement 9Need excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a solid work ethicRequirement 10Experience in Agile software development methodology and practices with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation
