CX Engineer

Job Purpose

As a CX Engineer, you will provide engineering and technical expertise regarding Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions

Responsibilities

Responsibility 1

Be accountable for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned projects

Responsibility 2

Performing design, development, and configuration of CCaaS products and platforms

Responsibility 3

Maintaining appropriate technical certifications of CCaaS products

Responsibility 4

Delivering end user training and documentation

Responsibility 5

Troubleshooting and debugging

Responsibility 6

Exercising judgment, strong communicator, and independent contributor on enterprise level projects with direction from senior technical/project leads

 

Requirements (Skill/Experience)

Requirement 1

3+ years in development, configuration, or deploying SaaS/Cloud products and platforms

Requirement 2

3+ years of relevant professional experience in CX industry, including implementing, configuring, and supporting contact centers

Requirement 3

Experience in cloud-based CX platforms, such as Genesys Cloud CX and Amazon Connect

Requirement 4

Experience in implementing, maintaining, and supporting voice, IVR, chat, SMS/messaging channels in SaaS platforms

Requirement 5

Experience programming experience with implementing API/Web Services

Requirement 6

Experience integrating CCaaS products with CRM solutions (like Salesforce, MS Dynamics). Experience in migrating from on-prem/legacy solutions to cloud CCaaS solutions

Requirement 7

Have an understanding of EAI between CX platforms and legacy/custom/SaaS applications using standard integration architecture

Requirement 8

Need a professional, self-motivated individual who has the ability to operate in a cross-functional and global organization

Requirement 9

Need excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a solid work ethic

Requirement 10

Experience in Agile software development methodology and practices with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation
