Portfolio Manager – Onemind ServicesSupporting an Enterprise Customer AccountWe’re looking to hire a Portfolio Manager to join Onemind Services and support an enterprise customer account. This role is not a traditional project manager or scrum facilitator position. It requires someone with the ability to oversee and drive multiple projects across teams while maintaining a strategic view of broader business objectives. The focus is on outcomes, accountability, and reducing the operational burden on the executive sponsor by serving as an extension of their leadership across the team.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the central point of accountability for a portfolio of technical projects across multiple teamsTranslate strategic goals into actionable delivery roadmaps and ensure consistent progress toward those goalsDrive program and project execution independently, escalating only where necessaryTrack progress across the entire portfolio, with clear visibility into risk, resource constraints, interdependencies, and deliverable healthFacilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple teams, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesSupport the Product Owner and technical leads in backlog grooming, sprint definition, and prioritizationEnsure blockers are resolved quickly, with minimal intervention from leadershipDeliver concise, outcome-driven updates to senior leadership, focusing on what’s at risk, what’s resolved, and what’s aheadMaintain a project health dashboard that clearly communicates burn rate, velocity, risk areas, and progress toward key deliverablesOwn and present the portfolio deck for quarterly planning and reviewsCoach teams toward delivery excellence and Agile maturityBring a business lens to technical execution, connecting deliverables to ROI, resource planning, and business impactServe as a force multiplier for the Director by reducing their operational burden and acting as an extension of their leadershipRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience managing technical programs or portfolios across cross-functional and distributed teamsDeep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and hands-on experience running Agile programsStrong Jira expertise, including reporting, dashboards, portfolio view, and custom workflowsProven ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across multiple teams and stakeholdersClear and confident communicator—both written and verbal—with experience managing executive stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related fieldExperience in network engineering or infrastructure projects is a strong plusPreferredPMP or Portfolio Management certificationsExperience managing vendor-delivered or outsourced engineering teamsFamiliarity with network automation, observability, or Io T projects
