Your title and responsibilities will be tailored to your experience level.Portfolio: A strong portfolio is mandatory.For Junior candidates, we encourage you to include personal, academic, or freelance projects that showcase your skills and creativity.For Senior candidates, we expect a diverse portfolio of professional work in social media, branding (logos/packaging), and ideally, architectural graphics.Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Senior candidates are expected to have expert-level mastery.Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles. Senior candidates should demonstrate a deep and strategic application of these principles.Soft Skills: Strong communication, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines. Senior candidates should also possess strong project management skills and the ability to interpret client briefs independently.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Create: Produce a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media posts, stories, thumbnails, architectural presentations, logos, and packaging designs.Collaborate: Work closely with our architecture, marketing, and video teams to create visually integrated and impactful campaigns and projects.Brand Consistency: Uphold and contribute to a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and projects.
