Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Engineer at Konark Cement Manufacturing Works, located in Cuttack. The Executive Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes, monitoring equipment and systems, supervising maintenance activities, implementing safety protocols, and collaborating with different departments to optimize workflow. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills in engineering and equipment maintenance
  • Experience in production process optimization and quality control
  • Proficiency in project management and team collaboration
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in the cement manufacturing industry is a plus
