Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. The role requires excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will act as a bridge between the leadership team, employees, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives.
  • Handle correspondence, draft emails, prepare presentations, and maintain records.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation, document collation, and minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
  • Assist in project coordination, research, and report preparation.
  • Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders and clients.
  • Track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely completion of commitments.
  • Support daily office operations and team coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration/related field).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Work Environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹30,000.00 per month
